Reviews of Four Points By Sheraton San Diego
During my xmas stay, I was offered a delicious breakfast and free Wi-Fi, which was a great bonus. The hotel was located in a convenient area close to many restaurants and attractions, which made it easy to get around. Also, the room was clean and comfortable, which allowed for a good night's sleep.
My xmas stay was not without its flaws. The parking was very expensive, which was a bit of a disappointment. Additionally, the shower drain was slow, causing water to pool up in the bathtub. Finally, the staff was not overly friendly, which made the experience a little less enjoyable.
The hotel provided excellent value for money with spacious and clean rooms. I particularly enjoyed the comfortable bed and the spacious hallways that reduced noise levels. Additionally, the hotel had plentiful parking and its facilities were top-notch. The staff were very friendly and the hotel's proximity to nearby restaurants and shopping centers was convenient.
Everything is what I need and want.
The hotel was in a convenient location, close to a lot of things to do in the area. The breakfast was delicious and had a great selection of food. The room was comfortable, and the view was breathtaking. The hotel had a lot of leisure facilities, like a pool and gym, but I personally enjoyed the hiking trails nearby the most.
The parking situation was a bit of a hassle.
The hotel is close to the city center and the staff is friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The coffee in the lobby is really good and they also have free Wi-Fi. The hotel has a great view of the city and it is a great place to stay for those who want to be close to the attractions.
The hotel was noisy during our stay and we could hear the traffic and other guests in the hallway. The breakfast was not great - it was just average and we had to wait long in line. The parking was also expensive and we had to pay for it. The pool was not clean and the hot tub was broken which was really disappointing. it was not a great experience and we would probably choose a different hotel next time.
Do n't forget to explore Kearny Mesa district. They have an espresso bar. Room was a good value. We appreciated our stay here.
Rooms and location were in general good!
The site is quite nice.
Many disapointments : reservation confirmed for 2 beds room but not available when we arrived. Very noisy hotel. Room not so clean. Cannot open the windows. Swimming pool good for kids, not to swim. Fitness center were not opened. Few quiet places to rest or read or work.
Front desk staff and van drivers were exceprtional--very helpful and friendly.
Hotel lacked free deluxe continental breakfast and was not walking distance to any restaurants or shopping.
Friendly staff, good location, had microwave and refrigerator.
We were told our receipt would be emailed to us and we have not yet received it.
The room very comfortable and the bed and staff was great !
Going to the room was so uncomfortable due to no conditioners in the hallways it was hot
Nice pool area and spa area. Mins from downtown without being in downtown. Free parking which can save a lot compared to other hotels.
Only one elevator bank for the entire place, which it directly centered. So if you have a room at the end of a wing, it makes for a lot of walking. Even though there are ground level doors at the end of each wing, and you can park close, you still have to walk all the way to the center of the building, and then up the elevators, and then walk all the way back out of the end of the wing. Request a ground level floor, or one close to the elevators if you have any mobility issues.
we drove there from vallejo ca.as soon as we got in are room it was dirty.called front desk got a new room. the air did not work.called the front desk they sent some one to fix it they never came.I went to the front desk got the manger,we went to 2 rooms to find a clean room with the air working.the motel is old it looks likes it was from the 60s.the maids suck.rooms are very dirty and run down.i will never us this motel again.
Got exactly what I paid for and expected.
Hotel called us a cab to go downtown central, cost $30. Used Uber to comeback, cost $15.
Not close to market or city attractions.
A bit dated, but clean and the price was amazing for central San Diego.
